"The Bourgogne has just been fined. Pale colour. Both floral and full of fruit on the nose, giving one an immediate desire to drink it. "Mid purple in colour. A sublime elegance to the nose, graceful refined yet still full of energy. Floral on top of ripe red berries. Perfectly judged ripeness.
