"From three sites of vines purchased in 1930: Les Plantes du Bois, La Dominode and La Julbigne. Average vine age >70 years. 30% whole clusters, 40% new oak. Cask sample. Mid ruby. Wild strawberry and forest fruits, and just a touch denser than Les Esssards. Richness on the palate and fine tannins to fill out the back palate.
