"The 2022 00 Wines Chardonnay ‘VGW’ from the Willamette Valley showcases a striking neon light lemon core with a watery rim. On the nose, it reveals layers of lemon citrus, fresh yellow pear, and delicate white floral notes, all intertwined with a hint of white clay, dusty herbs, and crushed volcanic stones. The palate is remarkable, with an incredible backbone of acidity that provides impeccable balance and structure. The finish is long and lingering, with the vibrant acidity and mineral-driven complexity leaving a lasting impression. This Chardonnay is beautifully crafted, with a finish that extends for minutes. Can $75 be a value? Here it can! 1500 cases made. Highly recommended." - 97 Points, International Wine Report (96 JS)

"Extremely aromatic, with intense flint, dried lemon and white peach. Crushed stone, too. Full-bodied with layered and creamy tannins that show super length and depth. Exciting to drink now but will age beautifully." - 97 Points, James Suckling (96 JD, 96 WA)

2017 Blanc de Blancs
Blanc de Blancs ---- "From a rich but small harvest with great fruit maturity, the 2017 Minéral Extra Brut Grand Cru comes from three different parcels in Avize that each express a different dimension of the same village terroir. Half of the cuvée is vinified in stainless and the other half in oak barrel, aged on fine lees until disgorged 60 days before release with a three gram per liter dosage. It unfurls with incredibly rich, perfumed and expressive ripe yellow apple, lemon confit, wet stones, and honey all fused with a delicate oxidative note. Medium-bodied, the palate is structured around a pinpoint fruit core that is surrounded by chalky minerality and assertive acidity radiating freshness. It has a gorgeous long, lively and lithe finish. Drink: 2023-2038." - 95+ points, TWI

"The Bourgogne has just been fined. Pale colour. Both floral and full of fruit on the nose, giving one an immediate desire to drink it. Just a little bacon fat at the finish, otherwise a clean ripe citrus note and a fresh apple or two. Very nice. Drink from 2024-2027. Tasted Nov 2023." - 4/5 stars, Jasper Morris MW

2021
"Ripe and ultra-fresh aromas include those of apple, pear and various citrus nuances. There is a lovely mid-palate density to the vibrant, delicious and caressing but solidly punchy flavors that conclude in a clean, very dry, youthfully austere and sneaky long finale. Lovely in the context of the genre and worth considering." - Outstanding, Burghound

"Equally cool and fresh aromas are comprised by notes of green apple, lemon zest and pretty acacia blossom wisps. There is a bit more volume as well as better mid-palate density to the attractively textured flavors that display unusually good length in the context of the appellation on the very dry but not really austere finale. Lovely and worth your interest plus it will age if desired." - Outstanding, Burghound
