2011 1er Vosne-Romanee Les Beaumonts
1er Vosne-Romanee Les Beaumonts - "This is notably more restrained with a discreetly spicy but highly complex aromatic profile of red currant, plum and floral elements. There is plenty of punch to the mineral-driven, intense and mouth coating flavors that possess a highly refined mouth feel because like several wines in the range the tannins are quite fine-grained. But perhaps this wine's best attribute is the sheer length, which is most impressive." - 91-93pts/Outstanding BH

2011 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Les Charmes
Chambolle-Musigny 1er Les Charmes - "A discreet backdrop of wood frames the highly expressive airy, cool and ultra-pure red orchard fruit aromas that exhibit a lovely spicy character. The middle weight flavors display equally good purity with a round and supple texture before concluding in an unusually powerful finish in the context of what is typical for the appellation yet this is essentially a wine of silky, finesse and understatement." - 91pts/Outstanding BH

2015 Chambolle-Musigny Les Chatelots
Nearly 50 year old vines in Les Chatelots, this 2.96 hectares 1er Cru vineyard sits close to the village of Chambolle and part of the vineyard adjoins Charmes. -- "Once again there is just enough wood present to warrant mentioning but not so much as to impede the appreciation of the fresh and cool aromas of pure red berries, spice, herbal tea and soft earth gradations. The supple, delicious and even finer middle weight flavors possess a lacy mouth feel, all wrapped in a vibrant, lilting and balanced finish. This is a classic Chambolle of grace and refinement." - 89-92pts Burghound

2015 Chambolle-Musigny Les Sentiers V.V.
Planted in 1947, this single 0.7 hectare plot of Les Sentiers is located below the northern section of Bonnes Mares. -- "Slightly more evident but not really intrusive wood stops just short of fighting with the mix of red and black cherry, earth, anise and violet-scented aromas. There is excellent concentration to the overtly powerful medium weight plus flavors that possess plenty of tannin-buffering dry extract that imparts a sappy mouth feel to the firm, robust and relatively compact finale. At least some patience will be required and this should reward up to a decade of cellaring." - 90-93pts/Outstanding Burghound

2003 Grand Cru
$175.00 Stock3
2011
"Here the nose is ever-so-slightly riper and a bit more deeply pitched as well with its pure aromas of both red and blue fruits, violets and again the wet stone hints. There is a seductive texture to the marginally bigger middle weight flavors that possess fine depth and excellent persistence. Again, classic Chambolle." - 90pts BH
