2020 Coteaux Champenois Blanc Volibarts
Coteaux Champenois Blanc ---- ""The 2020 Coteaux Champenois Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Hommage à Camille is a beautifully precise, incisive wine, unwinding in the glass with notes of white peach, sweet citrus fruit, freshly baked bread and flowers. Medium-bodied, pure and racy, with a tightly wound core and a long, saline finish, it's the best rendition yet of this cuvée from Roederer. - William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

2023
from a .60 ha holding of 90+ year old vines raised in 100% stainless "Planted by Samuel’s grandmother in the 1930s, yielding 40/45 hl/ha in 2023, the Séchets will be kept on lees in stainless steel for a full 18 months. Not too dry and stony, though savoury in the best sense. Samuel’s Séchet is one of the great expressions of Left Bank Chablis. Marvellous intensity right across the palate, once again a truly brilliant wine from Samuel. Beautifully dry finish to a wine that is so full of fruit. Drink from 2028-2035. Tasted Jun 2024." - 5/5 stars, Jasper Morris MW

2023 Chablis Grand Cru
"The 2023 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru comes from a 0.10-hectare parcel at the top of the slope from 60-year-old vines that produce one barrel. This is very complex and fragrant on the nose, with lemon thyme, crushed stone, shucked oyster shell and a touch of honeysuckle. The palate is taut and fresh with a fine bead of acidity that cuts through this concentrated Les Clos. Vibrant and penetrating on the finish, it is an intellectual as well as sensory Chablis that should age with style." - 96pts, Antonio Galloni, Vinous

"A perfect mid lemon expression, the nose is sublime with dancing stones, and such a dynamic freshness. Wonderful finesse with its pure and balanced fruit throughout, extends so far on the back of the palate and treads with such a light touch. Drink from 2028-2038. Tasted Jun 2024." - 5/5 stars & 95 pts, Jasper Morris MW

2021 Grand Cru
"This is a Chablis to serve at a slightly warmer temperature as it really opened up over the hour it sat in the glass. Its initially floral aromas add a lightly earthy and chalky note as the wine warms. Pomelo, yellow current and white raspberries all surface, too. The palate is delicate and feathery, making this one of the more airy, elegant Preuses of the vintage. Will be approachable reasonably young." - 94pts Tim Atkin

2021 Sechet V.V.
Sechet V.V. comes from a .60 ha holding of 90+ year old vines ---- "This is also aromatically cool and restrained with its overtly citrus-suffused aromas of ripe white orchard fruit, iodine and ocean breeze. There is borderline painful intensity to the dense, sappy and markedly stony flavors that conclude in a strikingly long, moderately dry and well-balanced finale. This is packed with potential and should prove to be especially long-lived. This beauty is first-rate Séchet." - Sweet Spot Outstanding, Burghound

2005 Gonet-Médeville Extra Brut
Moderately golden. A ripe, mature and penetrating nose of citrus, floral notes and white peach introduces rather rich, round and voluminous flavors that possess a moderate effervescence along with excellent complexity while terminating in a mouth coating finish. Monumental and vigorous, mouth-filling and near-perfect - its seamless, lingering finish makes this great Grand Cru a show-stopper. 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir fermented in used barrels. Monumental and vigorous, mouth-filling and near-perfect.

Bourgogne Blanc La Plante des Champs - "Pale primrose with a pretty floral nose with a little bit of barrel toast. The oak is fine rather than heavy and makes for a delicious Bourgogne, which fills the mouth very nicely. Drink from 2024-2026. Tasted: October 2022." - 4/5 stars Jasper Morris
