"This is now a 30,000 bottle cuvée coming from 5 plots on the Brochon side of the appellation with vines averaging 50 to 60 years old. Impressive dense purple, this has a magical suavity of dark dense fruit with elegance and balance, really classy. "The 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin "Mes Cinq Terroirs" comes from the north of the appellation and includes one-third of whole bunches due to the acidity being lower than the Marsannay. It has a beautiful bouquet like last year, pure with raspberry and wild strawberry fruit, superb mineralité and vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with dark berry fruit, Earl Grey and light tertiary scents, very cohesive with a persistent finish. This should age extremely well in bottle. 2026-2043." - 92-94pts Vinous

2020 Chablis
"The 2020 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru comes from a south-facing, warm microclimate; the vines are worked by horse, and for the first time, around half the cuvée has been in clay amphorae, which Olivier de Moor believes has lent more precision. It has a delightful bouquet with scents of yellow plum, tangerine and light honeysuckle aromas. The palate is well-balanced with very fine delineation and tension, razor-sharp (perhaps more than previous vintages) with a vibrant and, like the Vau de Vey, quite penetrating with a persistent finish.
