Aged in barrels for 12 months before being racked into stainless steel tanks for 6 months ---- "There is a whiff of the phenolic to the aromas of hazelnut, acacia blossom, citrus confit and white peach, all of which is trimmed in just enough wood to merit mentioning. The medium weight plus flavors possess outstanding mid-palate density while displaying excellent power on the sappy, balanced and strikingly long finale. This could use better depth but more should almost certainly develop. This is terrific." - 92-95/Outstanding, BH
