More appealing are the gorgeously textured and vibrant medium-bodied flavors that coat the palate with sappy dry extract that also buffers the moderately tightly wound finish where a touch of austerity slowly emerges. There is a wonderfully succulent mouthfeel to the beautifully textured medium weight flavors that exhibit a fine bead of minerality on the balanced, chiseled, nicely dry and lingering finale that is ever-so-mildly austere at present.
